The Invite Concept
Invite does not work like other telecom vendors. We do not sell a box-product. We do not provide documentation and training. We do not expect you to manage our products. Why? Because the traditional way of delivering telecom products is expensive and means a high risk of service downtime.
We provide a completely managed service. The hardware can be hosted at our premises or at the customer premises. In both cases, Invite performs the implementation and the 24x7 Operation & Maintenance.
The Invite Concept gives the following advantages:
Financial
- No need to invest in expensive platforms
- No expensive support cost to platform vendors
- No need to maintain technology knowledge or employ experts or O&M personnel
Technical
No need to recruit and and train engineers.
- Extremely secure and reliable services. The iNode platform will at all times be managed by Invite’s experts, who all have a minimum of 3000 hours of experience on the iNode platform.
- No need to spend time on fault tracing and support calls. Invite will in almost all cases notice and correct a fault before the Service Provider or the end users notice the problem.
Today 65 million calls are processed each day on the iNode. Invite launched the iNode platform in 2004 and there has been no service downtime.
